ROYSE CITY, Texas (September 12, 2024) – Royse City Emergency Hospital provided hundreds of families in the community the opportunity to win school supplies needed for the upcoming school year. The hospital’s first anniversary event featured an evening of family fun as the community prepared to head back to school.

Last month, Royse City Emergency Hospital celebrated its first anniversary of providing exceptional medical services and compassionate healthcare in the Royse City community and beyond with a back-to-school event. The hospital welcomed over 250 attendees, including the Royse City Tri-County Chamber of Commerce and Royse City Emergency Hospital’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Matthew Young, and his wife, Cindy Young. The hospital thanked the community for their continued support and featured multiple activities such as backpack giveaways for children, teacher supplies basket giveaways, a bounce house, face painting, a bubble bus, a petting zoo, local vendors, and more.

Over the past year, Royse City Emergency Hospital has become the standard of excellence in the community for healthcare. The hospital has been recognized for its commitment to delivering top-tier medical services and was named ‘Business of the Year’ by the Royse City Tri-County Chamber of Commerce for its success and dedication to Royse City in its first year of service.

“As we celebrate our first year, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude for our dedicated team and the trust our community has in us. Every day we strive to provide exceptional, compassionate care when it’s needed most,” said Rachel Kronke, DNP, RN, CEN, NEA-BC, Chief Nursing Officer at Royse City Emergency Hospital. “This milestone is a testament to our collective commitment to making a difference in the healthcare setting and a commitment to many more years of serving with excellence and care.”

Without the staff’s dedication and the support of the community, the success seen over the first year of opening would not be possible. Royse City Emergency Hospital anticipates only more for the community as the community’s gold standard of healthcare. Open 24/7, 365 days a year, the specialty hospital is here to provide comprehensive medical care without the wait.
