Aside from not feeling good and having to go to the ER… I had the best experience here from the moment I walked in the door I could tell I was in good hands. All the staff was so caring and personable. My nurse James took such good care of me and was so funny which made staying there all day a little better. My CT and ultrasound techs were great too! I can’t recommend this facility enough. Also if you’re a teacher or first responder they have the Hero program and we walked out only paying a $50 copay

Thank you so much to my nurse, James, and Dr. Lee for taking such good care of me today. I was not feeling well (obviously) and a little scared, but James helped me feel much more comfortable with his impeccable bedside manner, jokes, and conversation. The Royse City ER staff was extremely professional, caring and supportive. They took their time to really listen to what you’re going through without being dismissive. The staff made a very scary and emotionally moment, calming and I actually felt heard. I am so thankful to have such an amazing ER so close to home.
